The ASUS TUF Gaming K4 Magnetic is a compact 75 percent TKL gaming keyboard designed for precise, responsive input and extensive customisation. Its hot swappable magnetic switches feature adjustable actuation from 0.1 to 3.3mm in precise 0.01mm increments, allowing you to tailor key sensitivity to your preferred playstyle. Rapid Trigger enables faster key resets, while Speed Tap mode prioritises the latest input when opposing keys are pressed in quick succession, supporting responsive movement in competitive games. An 8000Hz polling rate delivers a reported response interval of just 0.125ms, helping minimise input reporting delay. The gasket-mounted construction and multi layer dampening system help reduce vibrations and switch noise for a more refined typing feel, while durable double-shot PBT keycaps provide a textured finish designed to resist wear. Per key RGB lighting with ASUS Aura Sync enables personalised illumination, and the dedicated volume control knob provides convenient audio adjustments during gameplay. A south-facing PCB supports a broad range of compatible keycaps, while programmable keys and onboard profile shortcuts offer flexible control. Finished in a compact layout with a detachable USB-C connection and braided USB cable, the ASUS TUF Gaming K4 Magnetic is built for gamers looking for adjustable magnetic switch performance and a personalised desktop setup.

Hot-Swappable Magnetic Switches
Hot-swappable magnetic switches revolutionise input with unparalleled speed and customisation, allowing users to adjust actuation from 0.1–3.3mm at precise 0.01mm increments for instantaneous response.
- 1.8 mm Actuation Point
- 40 gf Initial Force
- 53 gf Total Force
8000Hz Polling Rate
A high-speed USB microcontroller delivers an 8000Hz polling rate that refreshes input up to 8X faster than most gaming keyboards, reducing delay from 1 millisecond to a mere 0.125ms.
*Polling rate is how often the keyboard reports to your computer. The faster the polling rate, the quicker the response time of each keypress. Gaming keyboards typically have a top polling rate of 1000Hz. An 8000Hz polling rate means the keyboard reports 8000 times per second, which eliminates input lag.
Gasket Mount and Five-Layer Dampening
TUF Gaming K4 Magnetic takes advantage of the resilient flex of the gasket mount and cushioning provided by the five-layer dampeners to deliver a refined balance of typing comfort and feel.
Positioning Plate & Silicone Gasket
Offers balanced flex and delivers brighter, more even RGB illumination.
PORON® Pad
Absorbs unwanted pinging noises to improve acoustic performance.
Sound Tuning Paper
Refines keystroke acoustics for a cleaner, more balanced typing sound.
PET Pad
Cushions every switch to reduce impact on the PCB and enhance keystroke feel.
South Facing PCB
Maximises keycap profile compatibility and improves LED visibility for cleaner lighting.
PORON® Dampening Layer
Absorbs keystroke vibrations and minimises switch pinging noise.
Silicone Pad
Absorbs echoes and reduces unwanted vibrations for a cleaner sound signature.
Intuitive Control
Rapid Trigger and Speed Tap Button
Gain precise control with the Rapid Trigger/Speed Tap button for the fastest typing response and accelerated key repeat rate. A single press enables or disables Rapid Trigger; Speed Tap can be activated or deactivated by pressing and holding down the button.
Audio Control Knob
An integrated volume knob is purpose-built for precise, on-the-fly audio adjustments.
Speed Tap Mode
When activated, the keyboard will prioritise the latest key press and automatically release the previous input when two keys are pressed in quick succession. This means that in FPS games, pressing two opposing directional keys (e.g., A + D) will no longer cause the character to stop moving; instead, directional changes can now be done immediately without releasing the previous key, eliminating any time gap for counter-strafing and ensuring precise aim every time.
*Speed Tap feature is turned off by default. Simultaneously press and hold Fn + Caps keys for 1 second to activate.
