Tech Support / Warranty [Casual, Mon-Fri]


We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic tech lovers to join our fast growing empire! This role is ideal for those with a genuine interest in PC hardware and strong knowledge on diagnosing and testing for issues. You need to be able to demonstrate a high level of tech knowledge and be friendly and professional at all times.




The role
Testing and troubleshooting hardware
Applying and returning warranty claims to our suppliers
Handling inbound customer emails and phone calls
Assessing and approving over-the-counter claims
Light warehouse duties

Skills and experience
Advanced knowledge of PC components and gaming systems
Excellent problem solving and methodical testing procedure
Ability to assist customers in isolating a potential faulty component in a full system
Commitment, punctuality, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
