22.4 In addition to the price for the Goods, you will also need to pay the listed delivery charge (if any) for your selected delivery option. Any applicable delivery charges will appear in your shopping cart. Delivery charges may vary depending on the size, weight, and quantity of the Goods ordered, and the address to where the Goods are to be delivered.

22.5 If delivery is required to be made to islands or remote areas, we will contact you to discuss delivery options and any applicable delivery charges. Should none of the options be agreeable, we will issue you with a full refund as soon as practicable.

22.6 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. 25.2 You must provide a physical delivery address available for delivery of your Order during business hours. You may be required by Third Party Couriers to provide proof of identification for verification checks, in accordance with the terms and conditions of their delivery service. Should the address provided be incorrect and the freight returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional freight cost or return to sender fees.

25.3 Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of Goods in your Order and your location.

25.4 You may view shipping pricing by entering your post code into the relevant freight calculator. This calculator appears on the lower half of the screen when you add items to your cart.

25.5 Some items in our range are too large for Australia Post to process and deliver; these items are restricted to Startrack delivery only in the checkout. Startrack are usually unable to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

    a) notify us in writing within sixty (60) days of the date of delivery to request a return; and
    b) pay us a 15% processing fee;
    c) provide us with clear proof of purchase (which may include your receipt); and
    d) reimburse us for all reasonable costs (including shipping) that we incur in connection with the return of those Goods (except for Goods we have incorrectly supplied or we agree are defective);
2) you return the Goods to us strictly within fourteen (14) days of being allocated a Return Authorisation number;
3) the Goods:
    a) are in substantially the same condition to the condition in which they were delivered; and
    b) have not been worn, washed, nor had any tags or other sales’ identifiers removed; and

3) If we issue you a Return Authorisation number, please clearly print it on the outside of the package when returning your Goods to us.
4) You acknowledge and agree that by issuing you with a Return Authorisation number, we are not representing that your returns claim, or any warranty claim you make with the manufacturer or upstream supplier (as the case may be) is valid or that you will be entitled to have your Goods repaired or replaced, or a refund provided in relation to that Goods.
