• If your PC has a built-in Bluetooth, that adaptor must be removed or disabled in your system BIOS or Windows Device Manager. Windows cannot manage two concurrent Bluetooth radio controllers.
• This adaptor is plug and play for Windows 10 and later operating systems, and it will be installed automatically when plugged into computer (internet connection is required). Windows 7 require driver installation (driver download is required).
