Aluminium-Magnesium Alloy Dome Composite Diaphragm
As a dome diaphragm material, Al-Mg alloy exhibits high rigidity and light weight, which was commonly limited to high-end headphone, thereby extending the treble bandwidth and revealing more subtle details.
The diaphragm suspension is composed of two polymer materials with differing characteristics, resulting in a punchier bass and greatly reduced nonlinear distortion.

The aluminium-magnesium alloy dome diaphragm delivers a ultra-wide response frequency band and rich treble details. Based on that, Chu 2 DSP not only optimises acoustics, but also boost the details of sound quality accurately through DSP, therefore, the tuning can be further meet the target and get a more natural and open sound.
Chu 2 DSP is built-in three bass preset tunings, it can be switched through MOONDROP LINK APP, users can freely select the bass performance suits their preferences.
* MOONDROP VDSF Target Response is a target frequency response curve based on the HRTF (head-related transfer function) of B&K HATS under diffusion and the ideal room preference curve. The closer the frequency response curve measured under B&K HATS is to the target frequency response curve, the more the earphones can reproduce soundstage imaging in terms of frequency response.

The nozzle of the Chu 2 DSP consists of a separate brass CNC component, offering higher precision, density and excellent stability, and resulting in beautiful timbre.
Chu 2 DSP incorporates a new generation of replaceable acoustic filters. The front end of the brass nozzle is detachable, allowing users to replace the acoustic filter quickly and conveniently.
Replacement is far easier compared with existing multi-layer filters, and the design makes for greater reliability. In the event of blockage or damage, the cost is much lower than that of standard nozzles.
