Designed to work with ASUS / Seasonic / Phanteks power supplies, this 16-pin PCIe cable enables ATX 2.0 PSUs to work with the latest generation of GPUs with the new 12V-2x6 connector. The CableMod Basics 12V-2x6 12VHPWR PCIe Cable is constructed with 16AWG wire to fully support 600W of power delivery. Each wire utilises fully crimped terminals for the most reliable construction, and softer PVC wire jackets means less stress on each terminal when wires are bent. Each cable is also constructed to completely eliminate merged terminals on the component side alongside StealthSense Technology (Patent Pending), which means that only clean, untangled wires are visible. This cable also uses precision moulded connectors to ensure compatibility and a secure fit with today’s 12V-2x6 GPUs.
CableMod's StealthSense Technology effectively eliminates the need for sense wires to run from the GPU to your power supply. With patent-pending design, this all-new connector features a hidden bridge which signals to the GPU that a full 600W is available to be used. All of this is done without the need for tiny and fragile sense pins that can easily be dislodged, causing black screens and 100% fan utilisation.
