The Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Series lapping tool is designed for AMD's AM5 processor series and is created to grind down the heatspreader in increments of 0.4mm, up to a total height of 1.6mm. When using the standard AMD mounting frame (SAM), a maximum grind of 1.0mm is allowed until the middle steps are reached.
