EK HD Tube Reamer

The EK-HD Tube Reamer is a practical external and internal reaming tool designed for preparing freshly cut hard tubing for custom PC liquid cooling systems. Featuring a durable plastic body with steel blades, it removes residual material and helps deburr the edges of Acrylic, PETG, copper, aluminium, brass and carbon fibre tubing after cutting, providing a cleaner finish for installation. The EK-HD Tube Reamer accommodates tubing with a minimum 5mm internal diameter and maximum 30mm outer diameter, making it suitable for a wide range of hard-tube sizes. Compact and easy to use, it is a useful addition to any custom water-cooling toolkit for achieving clean, properly prepared tube ends before fitting and assembly. Please note that the tool is not suitable for glass tubing, while EK recommends wetting the end of carbon fibre tubing during use to help reduce airborne dust.

• This tool cannot be used with glass tubes
• If you use the tube with carbon fibre tubing, its best to wet the tip carbon fibre tube, as the dust is dangerous to breathe in!
