The ID-COOLING FROZN A620 PRO SE features a dual-tower heatsink with six 6mm heat-pipes and two black 120mm fans spinning from 300 to 2,000 RPM, delivering up to 58 CFM airflow while maintaining a low noise level of 27.2 dBA. It handles high thermal loads and is compatible with modern Intel (LGA 1851/1700/1200/115x) and AMD sockets (AM5/AM4).

Ultimate Cooling Performance

Six advanced 6mm heat pipes that maximise the heat conductance transport the heat to optimum locations on the cooling fins. The fins are press-fitted to the heatpipes by using mature fin penetration technology, achieving prime cooling performance while minimising thermal resistance.

Soldering Technology

Due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of copper and aluminium, the FROZN A620 PRO SE's copper base is soldered to the heatpipes in order to guarantee a superior thermal interface that doesn't loosen and deteriorate over years of thermal cycling.

Powder-Groove Combined Heatpipes

By optimising the internal groove structure and injecting a precise amount of powder, the copper heat pipes achieve the best heat dissipation performance regardless of whether the cooler is in a vertical or horizontal case. This perfect combination also facilitates lower thermal resistance across a wide TDP range.

PWM Function

The 120mm fan including the splitter cable with two separate connections supports PWM for convenient automatic speed control through the motherboard.
