DT 770 Pro X 48 Ohm Limited Edition 100th Anniversary Headphone
Manufactured in Germany the Limited Edition expands on the reference-setting properties of the original DT 770 PRO; now with the latest driver technology, STELLAR.45, a pluggable cable and improved wearing characteristics.
As a closed studio headphone, it’s suitable for professional recording and monitoring applications in the studio as well as use on the move in everyday life. Due to the low-impedance STELLAR.45 driver, the DT 770 PRO X Limited Edition also delivers studio reference sound on a wide range of portable devices, making them ideal for numerous applications.
Extended flexibility is provided by the 3 metre long pluggable cable that includes a lockable 3-pin. Mini XLR connector. A rugged headband made of spring steel gives the DT 770 PRO X Limited Edition a secure fit and the mechanical reliability needed for daily use.
In addition, the 3 metre connection cable is provided with a gold-plated mini stereo jack plug (3.5 mm) with a 1/4" adaptor (6.35 mm), allowing it to be connected to all common headphone outputs.

The Sound
The Limited Edition model relies on the same proven sound signature of the DT 770 PRO: powerful bass, detailed highs and a first-class impulse response. This is due to the powerful dynamic sound transducer STELLAR.45, that is also used in the DT 700 PRO X and DT 900 PRO X studio headphones.
In short, modern musicians, producers who pursue their creativity in different places or audio enthusiasts who enjoy their music in the studio, at home or on-the-go will appreciate the sound signature of the Limited Edition.

The Comfort
Another new feature is the integrated fontanelle recess in the headband, this protects potentially pain‑sensitive areas on the head and thus ensures particularly high wearing comfort. In addition, soft ear and headband pads contribute to a high longer comfort when wearing. If necessary, headband and ear pads can be replaced.
As is typical for our studio headphones, both the headband and the velour ear cushions can be replaced if necessary.

Familiar Sound Signature and Unexpected Flexibility
Since its launch in the mid-1980s, the DT 770 PRO has been considered the first choice in professional studio headphones. Musicians and producers all over the world appreciate not only the sound quality, but also its durability and high wearing comfort.
With the DT 770 PRO X Limited Edition, beyerdynamic now marks the next step within the successful headphone series.
