Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pick up my order in person? Yes, but you need to place your order online prior to collection. To maintain a streamlined and efficient process, we have the following guidelines:

- Orders must be placed online prior to collection. There are no walk-in / over-the-counter sales.
- Cash is not accepted - payment can be made using EFTPOS, credit card or money order.
- Orders need to be collected within 24 hours - we cannot reserve stock beyond this period.
- Pick up hours are 10am to 5pm weekdays.

Please note that there are no sales staff available to answer pre-sales queries or assist with order changes. It really is just a parcel pick up service, not a showroom or shop counter.

Who do you use for shipping? We offer the choice of shipping using StarTrack and Australia Post eParcel. For each courier, there is a choice of two service levels, Express or Standard, and both have online tracking. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You can see pricing on the available shipping options by entering your post code into the freight calculator. This calculator appears on the lower half of the screen when you add items to your cart. The cost of shipping per product drops as you add more items to cart as the base courier charge spreads over multiple items.

Can the courier driver leave the package on my doorstep? In the interests of security and as a fraud prevention measure, the courier driver will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at time of delivery, the package will be re-directed to your nearest post office for collection. Photo ID will be required when collecting from the post office.

Do you ship internationally? At this time we only ship within Australia.

What type of security do you use to safeguard personal information? We use high-grade 128 bit encryption with an Extended Validation Certificate (EV SSL) provided by GeoTrust Inc. EV Certificates are identified by a green Address Bar as shown below. For credit card payments we use a secure encrypted SSL payment gateway.
