Can I pick up my order in person? Yes, but you need to place your order online prior to collection. To maintain a streamlined and efficient process, we have the following guidelines:

- Orders must be placed online prior to collection. There will be no walk-in sales.
- Cash is not accepted - payment can be made using EFTPOS, credit card or money order.
- Orders need to be collected within 24 hours - we cannot reserve stock beyond this period.

There won't be any sales staff available to answer pre-sales queries or assist with order changes. It really is just a parcel pick up service, not a showroom or traditional shop front. Warranties can be dropped off and collected at the Warranty department to the left of the main entrance.

You do not stock a product I want. Can you get this in for me? We can certainly try. Email us and we'll see what we can do.

Who do you use for shipping? The majority of orders are shipped using Australian Air Express. There is a choice of two service levels, Express or Standard, and both have online tracking.

Can the courier driver leave the package on my doorstep? In the interests of security and as a fraud prevention measure, the courier driver will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at time of delivery, the package will be re-directed to your nearest post office for collection.

Do you ship internationally? No.

Do you offer PayPal as a payment option? No. Instead we have credit card, direct deposit, and money order available as payment options.

What type of security do you use to safeguard personal information? We use high-grade 256 bit encryption with an Extended Validation Certificate (EV SSL) provided by GeoTrust Inc. EV Certificates are identified by a green Address Bar as shown below.




How do I tell if you have a product in stock? We show real-time stock level indicators for every product. The stock level indicator is shown under the Add to Cart button and is linked to our inventory to update in real-time. "In stock" means we have actual stock in the warehouse - we don't count suppliers stock holdings as our own.

In stock: This item is physically in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

Ships in 24 hours: We don't have this item in our warehouse, but can have stock typically here within 24 hours. There are some uncommon items in our range which are not kept on hand; instead these are ordered in when required. We receive daily deliveries from most of our suppliers, and it's not uncommon for an item marked as Ships in 24hrs to still get here in time for same day dispatch.

Sold out: Items marked as sold out will often have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) shown below the graphic. Where there is an ETA, you have the option to place a pre-order and the item will be shipped out upon arrival of stock.
