Retail Sales Representative
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is a solid knowledge of PC systems, components and peripherals.
Duties will involve:
• Handling inbound email and telephone enquiries
• Greeting and serving customers
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• General office duties
• 9:00 to 5:30pm Mon - Fri
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of PC systems, components and peripherals
• Excellent phone manner and proven customer service skills
• Excellent data entry skills including speed and accuracy
Successful candidates will have a good work ethic, positive energetic attitude and a desire to grow with the company.
