Due to popular demand, the option to pick up your order is back! This is great news for those who do not like having to wait or pay for a courier to deliver their order, especially if they live just around the corner. To place an order for pick up, simply select the Store Pick Up option in the online check-out. Your order will then be picked by our warehouse team and you will be notified by email when it's ready. The parcel pick up entrance is located at the front of our Dingley Village warehouse.
To maintain a streamlined and efficient process, we have the following guidelines:
- Orders must be placed online prior to collection. There will be no walk-in sales.
- Cash is not accepted - payment can be made using EFTPOS, credit card or money order.
- Orders need to be collected within 24 hours - we cannot reserve stock beyond this period.
There won't be any sales staff available to answer pre-sales queries or assist with order changes. It really is just a parcel pick up service, not a showroom or traditional shop front. Warranties can still be dropped off and collected at the Warranty department to the left of the main entrance, as you have always have been able to do. The above guidelines enable us to provide a quick and convenient pick up option for local customers with minimum in-store wait times.
Locals are not the only winners today - we have also been able to negotiate significant freight cost reductions for regional areas in QLD, WA and the NT. In some instances, the cost of shipping has literally halved!
